| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响重型颅脑损伤患者预后的颅外危险因素。方法采用哥拉斯格预后评分（GOS）,对颅外危险因素进行回顾性分析。结果影响重型颅脑损伤患者预后的颅外危险因素有低血压、低氧血症、高血糖、高热、高钠血症5种。结论早期重视并及时处理影响重型颅脑损伤预后的颅外危险因素,可明显改善重型颅脑损伤患者预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the risk factors outside the skull that affect the prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods These risk factors were analyzed by Glasgow outcome scale(GOS) using retrospective analysis.Results These factors that affected patients with severe craniocerebral injury were hypotension,hypoxemia,hyperglucomia,hyperpyrexia and hypernatremia.Conclusion The way to get a better prognosis is to treat the risk factors that affect the patients with severe craniocerebal injury on time. |
