珠海市健康体检人群乙型肝炎病毒感染分析

目的了解珠海市健康人群乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染情况。方法用酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）检测体检者乙型肝炎病毒标志物（乙肝两对半）。结果6351例体检者中，乙型肝炎病毒两对半全部阴性的有2553例（40．19％）；单项抗-HBs阳性有2933例（46．18％）；抗-HBs和抗-HBc阳性有197例（3．10％）；抗-HBs、抗-HBe和抗-HBc阳性有136例（2．14％）；HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性有323例（5．09％）；HBsAg、HBcAg、抗-HBc阳性有79例（1．24％）；其他130例（2．05％）。结论40．19％的受检人群未受HBV感染，且无保护性抗体；另有8．37％的受检人群呈阳性模式，需采取相应措施控制乙肝病情的发展。

Analysis on HBV Markers in Adult Health Check-up Population in Zhuhai

Objective To study the prevalence and the epidemiological features of hepatitis B infection in the healthy population of Zhuhai City.Method Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was applied to measuring HBV markers.Results Among the 6,351 cases,2,553 cases were HBV markers negative(40.19%);2,933 cases were only anti-HBs positive(46.18%);197 were anti-HBs and anti-HBc positive(3.10%);136 were anti-HBs,anti-HBe and anti-HBc positive(2.14%);323 were HBsAg,anti-HBe and anti-HBc positive(5.09%),79 were HbsAg,HBeAg and anti-HBc positive(1.24%),and the other 130 cases accounted for 2.05%.Conclusions Totally 40.19% of health check-up subjects who didn't ever suffer from HBV infection are absent of protective antibodies.8.37% of health check-up subjects show positive modes.To these subjects,medical examination should be performed periodically to control the state of an illness.
