外科重危病人周围静脉营养支持临床观察

为观察周围静脉营养支持在外科危重病人治疗中的作用，本文对１０２例腹部外科重危患者经周围静脉行ＴＲＮ，并以３２例中心静脉ＴＰＮ对对照，观察病人体重，血浆白蛋白及淋巴细胞总数的变化，两组伤口感染率和置管并发症率，结果表明，经周围静脉支持能达到中心静脉的疗效，且置管并发症率低。

Application of nutritional support through peripheral vein infusion on surgically serious patients

In order to study the effect of nutritional support through peripheral vein therapy in surgically serious patients,102 cases were treated by total perenteral nutrition(TPN)which was supplyed through peripheral vein infusion and 32 cases were treated through central vein infusion, the results were compared. The variation of patient's weight, serum protein, Lymph-cells, rates of infection and complications of inserting catheters were observed. The results show that the effect of TPN by Peripheral vien infusion is almost same as that of central vein infusion (P>0. 05),and the complication of inserting catheter is lower(P<0. 01).
