观察对比阴道超声和腹部超声对于诊断早期宫外孕的准确性

目的探讨在早期宫外孕中经阴道超声和经腹部超声进行检查的临床诊断价值。方法对该院于2010年6月-2012年6月期间来该院接受检查的早期宫外孕患者100例，经过患者同意，将其分成两组，分别为经阴道超声组和经腹部超声组，每组50例患者，分别采用阴道超声和腹部超声进行检查。结果经阴道超声检查，阳性的确诊率为75％；经腹部超声检查，阳性的确诊率为98％，两者之间的差异有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论经阴道超声对早期宫外孕进行检查，具有安全、快速、无痛等诸多优点，并且诊断阳性的概率与经腹部超声检查相对较，更加具有优越性。

Observation and Comparison of the Accuracy of Transvaginal Ultrasound with That of Abdominal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Early Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound for early ectopic pregnancy. Methods 100 cases of patients with early ectopic pregnancy underwent examination in our hospital from June, 2010 to June, 2012 were divided into two groups with the patients＇ consent, transvaginal ultrasound group and abdominal ultrasound group with 50 cases in each, and they were given transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound examination, respectively. Results The positive diagnosis rate of transvaginal ultrasound was 75%; while that of abdominal ultrasound was 98%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy, transvaginal ultrasound has the advantages of safety, quick, painlessness and so on, and it is superior in positive diagnosis rate to abdominal ultrasonography.
