彩超诊断妇科疾病300例分析

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对妇科急症的诊断价值。方法:对收治的300例经病理证实的妇科急症患者的超声声像图进行分析和总结。结果:300例妇科急症中与超声诊断结果相符的283例,符合率为94.3%;其中诊断宫外孕符合率为95.0%(152/160);卵巢黄体破裂符合率为93.2%(55/59);卵巢囊肿蒂扭转符合率为93.3%(42/45);急性盆腔炎符合率为94.2%(34/36)。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断妇科急症准确率高,且操作简便迅速、无痛苦,可作为妇科急症诊断的首选方法。

Analysis of 300 cases of gynecological diseases diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of color dopplar(doppler) ultrasound on gynecological diseases.Method The ultrasonogram of 300 cases of patients with gynecological diseases in our hospital were selected and analyzed.Results 283 patients were correspond to the pathology results.The coincidence rate was 94.3%.152 patients were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy;the coincidence rate was 95.0%(152/160).55 patients were diagnosed as rupture of corpus luteum;the coincidence rate was 93.2%(55/59).42 patients were diagnosed as ovarian cyst pedicle torsion;the coincidence rate was 93.3%(42/45).34 patients were diagnosed as acute pelvic inflammation;the coincidence rate was 94.2%(34/36).Conclusion The coincidence rate of color doppler ultrasound on gynecological diseases is high.The manipulating is simple,so it can be preferred method of the diagnosis of gynecological diseases.
