中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床研究

摘    要:
目的观察中药肾春葆胶囊联合西药治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法 76例患者随机分为两组各38例。对照组予低盐低蛋白饮食及常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予以中药肾春葆胶囊治疗。观察两组肾功能变化、营养状况以及主要临床指标的差异。结果两组治疗后肾功能情况、营养状况以及主要实验室指标获得改善,但治疗组的血肌酐、尿素氮下降水平及内生肌酐清除率提高水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾春葆胶囊联合西药治疗慢性肾衰疗效优于单纯西药治疗,能够改善肾功能,提高患者生活质量,临床应用值得推广。

Abstract:
Objective Observe clinical effect of chinese traditional medicine(CTM) Shenchunbao capsule combined with western medicine(WM) on chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods Evenly distribute 76 patients into 2 groups by random selection.The reference group is given low-salt,low-protein diet with conventional western medicine.Therapy group is provided with additional Shenchunbao treatment based on the reference group.Observe the difference between these 2 groups in terms of renal function,nutritive status,and major clinical indexes.Result Both groups were observed an improvement in renal function,nutritive status,and major clinical indexes.A higher decrease of serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BuN) level and also a higher increase of endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) were observed in therapy group comparing to reference group(P0.05).Conclusion Shenchunbao capsule combined with western medicine is better than western medicine only for chronic renal failure treatment.This method can improve renal function,significantly delay renal failure,improves life quality of patients.It is recommended to be applied in clinical treatment.
