| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸、推拿为主治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效。方法运用针灸、推拿、指导训练三合一方法治疗小儿脑瘫42例,并设立对照组22例,采用肌注脑活素、体外反搏、导平仪治疗与训练。结果与结论5—10个疗程后,治疗组总有效率90％,对照组总有效率73％。针灸推拿为主治疗小儿脑瘫具有较好的疗效,

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture and massotherapy as main therapy for treatment of infantile cerebral palsy. Method Acupuncture, massotherapy and instruction training were used together to treat 42 cases of infantile cerebral palsy. A control group of 22 cases was established and treated by injection of cerebrolysin, external counterpulsation, qi balance instrument and training. Results and conclusion After 5~10 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, the control group of 73%. Acupuncture and massotherapy as main therapy has a better effect on infantile cerebral palsy. |
