| 摘 要： | 目的 研究肺癌患者Th1/Th2 细胞因子检测的临床意义.方法 对150例肺癌患者及50例健康体检者的Th1/Th2 细胞因子水平进行检测.结果 肺癌组患者的IL-4、IL-6及IL-10的表达水平明显高于对照组,IL-2及IFN-γ的水平明显低于对照组,比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.不同的病理组织类型IL-2和IFN-γ均明显低于对照组,TNF-α、IL-4和IL-10均明显高于对照组,IL-12均明显低于对照组,不同分期的肺癌患者的血清中Th1/Th2细胞因子表达水平明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 对肺癌患者Th1/Th2 细胞因子检测有重要的临床意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of the detection of Thl/Th2 cytokines in lung cancer patients. Methods The levels of Thl/Th2 cytokines were detected in 150 patients with lung cancer and 50 healthy controls. Results The expression of IL- 4, IL-6 and IL-10 was signiflcant~y higher in ＂the observation group than in the eontrol group, and the levels of IL-12, ｜L-2 and IFN-r were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of Thl/Th2 cytokines in serum were ob- viously higher in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The detection of Thl/Th2 cytokines in pa- tients with lung cancer has important clinical significance. |
