结肠憩室炎的CT诊断价值

目的探讨CT对结肠憩室炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析8例结肠憩室炎的CT表现，男5例，女3例，均行CT平扫，1例行CT增强扫描。结朵4例位于升结肠，1例位于降结肠，3例位于乙状结肠。8例均见多发憩室形成，最大憩室直径约大小7～16mm；相邻肠管壁增厚8例（6—13mm），8例憩室周围脂肪均见不同程度的炎性渗出影，1例并脓肿形成，2例合并穿孔。结论结肠憩室炎具有相对特征性CT表现，CT在其诊断方面具有较大的实用价值。

CT Diagnostic Value of Colonic Diverticulitis

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT in colonic diverticulitis. Methods The CT imaging features of 8 patients with colonic diverticulitis were retrospectively analyzed, Of the 8 patients, 5 were men and 3 were women. All patients underwent unenhanced CT scans, and 1 patient underwent enhanced CT scan. Resu/ts The lesions were found in ascending colon in 4 cases, descending colon in 1 case, sigmoid colon in 3 cases. Multiple diverticulums were found on CT in all 8 patients. The maximum diameter of diverticulum ranged from 7 mm to 16 ram. Localized bowel wall thickening （range from 6 mm to 13 ram） were present in all 8 patients. In？ammation of the pericolic fat were found in all 8 cases, pericolic abscess were found in 1 case, and perforation were found in 2 cases. ConcluMon Colonic diverticulitis have some characteristic CT findings, and it is valuable for diagnosis of colonic diverticulitis.
