| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨眼眶绿色瘤的临床表现,治疗及预后。方法:针对1例绿色瘤病例并结合国内外文献进行讨论。结果:该患儿眼眶绿色瘤,全身情况差,不具备进一步治疗的条件,1wk后死亡。结论:对于特别是儿童期眼眶肿瘤绿色瘤应早发现,早检查,早确诊,早治疗,延长生存期。 |

| Abstract: | AIM:To investigate the clinical manifestation,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of orbital chloroma.METHODS:The discussion was made aiming at one case with chloroma combined with domestic and foreign literatures.RESULTS:The 11-month-old boy had chloroma at left ocular orbit,and his systemic conditions were bad.He couldn't receive further treatment and unfortunately he was dead after one week.CONCLUSION:As for orbital tumor in childhood,especially chloroma,it should be detected,examined,diagnosed and treated early to prolong the period of survival. |
