青岛口岸出入境人员健康体检疾病监测及快速检测分析

目的探讨寻求疾病快速检测方法的重要性和必要性。方法通过总结和分析2002-2004年间山东口岸出入境人员健康体检及疾病监测工作情况,分析目前口岸出入境旅检通道实施疾病监测工作较为薄弱的原因,探讨寻求快速检测方法的必要性。结果由于目前的常规病原体检测方法操作复杂、耗费时间长、已有的快速检测试剂盒成本较高,难以在口岸出入境旅客通道实施有效的疾病监测。结论急需寻求快速、高效、准确、低成本的检测方法,加强口岸疾病监测工作。

Analysis on entry-exit people's physical examination, diseases surveillance and instant test from Qingdao Port

Objective To search the necessity and importance of those diseases' instant test. Methods By summarizing entry-exit people's physical examination and diseases surveillance on Shangdong Port from 2002 and 2004, to study the cause of the current entry-exit people's diseases surveillance difficulty on entry-exit inspection and quarantine course, to estimate the necessity of the instant test concerned. Results The current regular pathogen test is so complicated and lasts long time, and the instant test costs a lot, so it is difficult for entry-exit people's diseases surveillance difficulty on entry-exit inspection and quarantine course. Conclusion That the instant, effective, specific, inexpensive test is needed anxiously in order to meet with the port diseases surveillance thoroughly.
