| 摘 要： | 应用SPA-ELISA检测94例活动性肺结核患者和53例非结核患者及125名健康人血清中的抗PPD-IgG水平。结果显示结核患者特异性抗体水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。如OD值以0.21(+2SD)作为活动性肺结核的阳性判定标准,则本法敏感性为86.2％,特异性为96.0％,提示可作为活动性肺结核的辅助诊断方法,并可用酶联SPA取代酶联羊抗人IgG。 |
PRELIMINARY APPLICATION OF SPA-ELISA IN SERODIAGNOSIS OF TUBERCULOSIS |

| Abstract: | The antibody activity of anti-PPD IgG in serum was determined in 94 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and 53 patients with nontuberculosis,and 125 health controls by SPA-ELISA.The results showed that the antibody activity against PPD in the tuberculosis group wus significantly higher than that of the control groups(P<0.01).If OD 0.21 can be considered as a positive criterion for active pulmonary tuberculosis,the sensitivity of this method is 86.2% and its specificity 96.0%,suggesting that this method might be used as a supplementary m玹hod for the serodkignosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis.It is possible to replace th?onzyme-conjugated anti-human IgG by using SPA in ELISA for the detection of tuberouloos antibody in serum. |
