血清HBVDNA定量在不同类型慢性乙型肝炎中的检测价值

目的：分析慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者血清HBVDNA定量与肝组织病理损伤程度之间的关系，探讨HBVDNA在CHB中的检测价值。方法：CHB患者（67例）分为HBeAg阴、阳性组。行肝穿刺活检，检测血清HBVDNA定量。对HBVDNA定量与肝组织病理分度进行等级相关性分析。结果：两组肝组织病理分度无统计学意义；HBeAg阴性组血清HBVDNA定量与肝组织病理损伤程度具明显正相关（r=0．527，P〈0．05），而HBeAg阳性组无相关性。结论：HBeAg阴、阳性CHB患者均存在不同程度肝组织损伤；HBeAg阴性者检测血清HBVDNA定量能够预测其肝组织损伤程度，而HBeAg阳性者则不能。

Evaluation on the Serum HBVDNA Quantification in Different Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

Objective： To analyze the relationship between serum HBVDNA quantification and liver histopathology in chronic hepatitis B（CHB）patients, and to explore the value of serum HBVDNA in CHB. Methods： Sixty-seven CHB patients were divided into two groups on the basis of HBeAg（ ＋ ）or（-）. The liver biopsy and serum HBVDNA detection were conducted for each patient. The rank correlation analysis was performed between serum HBVDNA level and liver histopathological stages. Results： The liver histopathological stages between two groups had no obvious differences. In HBeAg（-）group, the serum HBVDNA was positively correlated to liver histopathological stages with statistical significance （r =0.527, P 〈 0. 05）, however, in HBeAg（ ＋ ）group, a negative correlation was found between serum HBVDNA and liver histopathological stages. Conclusion： The HBeAg（-）or（ ＋ ）CHB patients have various liver injuries pathologically. In HBeAg（-）CHB patients, the serum HBVDNA quantification may be valuable to predict the liver injuries, while it may not be so in HBeAg（ ＋ ）CHB patients.
