69例脑胶质瘤临床病理分析

目的:了解延边地区脑胶质瘤的临床病理特点,探讨早期诊断本病的新方法。方法:应用1993年WHO诊断标准、ST、Anney/M ayo分级法和免疫组化染色法,对我院近15年间,术后送检的脑胶质瘤标本共69例进行了临床病理分析。结果:脑胶质瘤占同期脑肿瘤的29.74%;好发年龄为20~50岁;首发症状以头痛,头晕,呕吐为主;80%的病例CT检查结果与病理诊断相符;发生于额叶者最多;星形细胞瘤占78%,以2~3级者居多;大部份瘤组织呈现多区域不同分化现象,复发者的肿瘤级数均高于前次级数。结论:延边地区脑胶质瘤的临床特点与国内外报道基本相符,但星形细胞瘤所占比例较高;对可疑病人应常规进行头部CT及穿刺活检;应高度重视星形细胞瘤的鉴别诊断。

Clinical pathological analysis of 69 cases with glioma

Objective To understand the clinicopathologic characteristics of human glioma in Yanbian area and study the new method to diagnose this disease in the earlier period, Method Clinieopathologie analysis was made on 69 medical records with human glioma during 15 years with diagnostic standard of 1993 WHO, ST, Anney/Mayo ratings method and immunohistochemieal SABC, Results The human glioma shared 29.74% of the brain tumor during the same period and the peak age was 20 - 50 years, 80% CT results were the same as the pathological diagnosis and astrocytoma occupied 78%, with 2 - 3 class mostly. Most tumor tissues presented many regional and different dividing phenomenon, Conclusion The clinical characteristics of human glioma in Yanbian area is conformity with international report, but astrocytoma in the same period is obviously higher than that in the international report.
