| 摘 要： | 目的:研究短程国产人重组粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)对外周血造血干细胞(PBHSC)的动员作用。方法:将两组昆明小鼠分别用大小不同剂量及疗程的国产人重组粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)皮下注射后,进行外周血WBC计数及粒-巨噬细胞集落(CFU-GM)培养计数。结果:两种方案都可见外周血WBC上升、CFU-GM集落增加,两者无显著性差异。结论:短程大剂量rhG-CSF能有效地动员小鼠PBHSC。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of short-course,granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)on Peripheral blood-derived hematopoietic stem cells(PBHSC)mobolization.Methods:Two groups of KM mice were respectively injected with recom- binant homemade human granulocyte colony stimulating factor(rhG-CSF)by subcutaneously in different dosage and course,the periph- eral blood were collected for white blood cell and CFU-GM count.Results:The white blood cell and CFU-GM counts increased signifi- cantly in both protocols and have no significant difference.Conclusion:Short-course and high dose homemade rhG-CSF can effective- ly mobilize the peripheral stem cells in KM mice. |
