咪达唑仑与丙泊酚用于机械通气镇静的疗效比较

目的:对比观察咪达唑仑与丙泊酚用于机械通气镇静的疗效。方法:将101例重症创伤需机械通气的患者随机分为咪达唑仑组(n=33)、丙泊酚组(n=33)和联合组(n=35),分别给予相应治疗。采用Ramsay分级标准评估镇静效果。结果:联合组在药物起效时间、达到满意深度时间、恢复时间、不良反应发生率上均优于咪达唑仑组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与丙泊酚组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。联合组在治疗费用上明显低于丙泊酚组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),高于咪达唑仑组但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:咪达唑仑联合丙泊酚用于机械通气镇静效果明显且治疗费用较低。

Sedation Effect of Midazolam and Propofol on Mechanical Ventilation

OBJECTIVE：To compare the sedation effect of midazolam and propofol on mechanical ventilation.METHODS：101 patients undergoing mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into propofol group（n=33）,midazolam group（n=33） and drug combination group（n=35）.Those groups were given relevant treatment.The sedative effect was evaluated using Ram say scale criteria.RESULTS：The onset time,total sedation time,recovery time and the incidence of ADR in drug combination group were all better than in midazolam group,there was significant difference between 2 groups（P〈0.05）;there was no significant difference between drug combination group and propofol group（P〈0.05）.The cost of treatment in drug combination group was strikingly lower than in propofol group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）;there was no significant difference between midazolam group and drug combination group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Midazolam and propofol have obvious sedation effect on mechanical ventilation with few cost of treatment.
