异丙酚复合局麻行输卵管结扎术的临床分析

目的 探讨异丙酚麻醉复合局麻减轻小切口输卵管结扎术受术者痛苦的可行性。方法 将260例受术者按自愿随机分成用药组160例,对照组100例。用药组给予静脉注射异丙酚复合1％利多卡因局麻,观察两组受术者的术中反应及手术时间。结果 用药组术中无痛感达100％,全部对手术无回忆;手术时间较对照组明显缩短,无明显副作用。结论 静脉注射异丙酚加局麻行输卵管结扎术是安全可行的。

A CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF USING PROPOFOL AND LOCAL INFILTRATION ANESTHESIA IN THE TUBAL LIGATION

Objective: To study the clinical effects to relieve the pain of the patient on whom tubal ligafion is carried by propofol intravenous anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia. Method: 260 patients of tubal ligation were randomly divided into study group (n=160) and control group( n=100). Study group was given propofol intravenous anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia with 1% lidocaine. Control group was only given local infiltration anesthesia with 1% lidocaine. To observe the reaction of patients and operation time needed. Result: The study group has no pain at all (100%), furthermore the time needed in the operation is much shorter, with no side effeet at all. Conclusion: Propofol intravenous anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia is safe, reliable and can be universally used in tubal ligation.
