| 摘 要： | 观察小剂量呋喃唑酮治疗消化性溃疡４０例，常规剂量３６例，雷尼替丁３５例，治疗前后以同镜观察溃疡面愈合程度判定效果，发现小剂量呋喃唑酮与常规剂量呋喃唑酮疗效相似，有效率分别为９５．０％和９５．４％，愈合率分别为６０．０％和５５．６％，（Ｐ＞０．５０），优于雷尼替丁组（Ｐ＜０．０１），小剂量组副作用小。提示小剂量呋喃唑酮对溃疡面愈合有同等的效用，值得推广。

| Abstract: | 40 'patients were treated by small dose of furazolidone, 36petients were treated by routine dase of furazolidene and 35 pa-tients were treated by Ranitidine. We used gastrescope to ob-serve the healing level of the ulcer surface to judge the curativeeffects. The results showed the curative effects of small dose offurazoli-one and routine dose of furazolidone was similar, theeffective rate was 95. 0% and 95. 4% , the healing rate was60. 0% and 55. 6% (P>0. 50) ,which was better than the pa-tient group treated by ranilidine (P< 0. 01 ) ,The patient grouptreated by small dose of furazolidone had lase side effects. Itshowed that small dose of furazolidone also had good curativeeffects in ulcer surface's healing. |
