自发性小脑出血

本文报告11例经CT、尸解和手术证实的自发性小脑出血,男8、女3.高血压动脉硬化仍是本病的主要原因。据viker氏分类,病理和病生机理,我们讨论了各型的临床表现和发病机理,提出了临床诊断要点和内外科治疗方法的选择,强调对恶化型病人要密切观察病情变化,抓住手术时机,以提高救治率。

SPONTANEOUS CEREBELLAR HEMORRHAGE

11 patients (8 male, 3 female) with spontaneous oerebellar hemorrhage confirmed by CT, autopsy and operation were reported. Hypertensive atherosclerosis is the primary cause of the disease. By the classification of Yiker, the pathologic and pathoplysiologic mechanism, we discussed the characteristics between the critera of clinical diagnosis and the therapeutic choice between internal medicine and surgery. It was stressed that the change of conditions in patients ;with progressive course should be observed and the chance for operation should be caught hold of it will eventually raise the survival rate of the patients
