轮转护士自我导向学习能力调查及影响因素分析

摘    要:
目的:调查北京市某三甲医院轮转护士的自我导向学习现状并分析其影响因素,为护士轮转培训工作提供合理化的建议。方法采用便利抽样法选取北京市某三甲医院100名轮转护士进行问卷调查,采用一般资料问卷、自我导向学习评定量表调查轮转护士的一般资料、自我导向学习情况。结果轮转护士自我导向学习总分为(119.25±32.37)分,各维度得分由高到低分别为学习行为(24.95±7.61)分、学习策略(24.40±7.91)分、评价(23.85±6.81)分、学习意识(23.66±7.56)分及人际关系(22.08士5.98)分。经相关分析,是否对自己的职业生涯进行过规划、是否喜欢护理专业等10个变量与自我导向学习得分呈正相关( P<0.01)。经多元逐步回归分析,是否对自己的职业生涯进行过规划、是否喜欢护理专业、对临床教学形式是否满意及有无学习困难4个因素能联合解释轮转护士自我导向学习能力43.7%的变异量。结论轮转护士自我导向学习能力较低,应重视其职业生涯规划、对护理专业认同感等的培养,制定合理的轮转计划,激发轮转护士的学习热情。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the situation of self-directed learning and the influence factors of rotarynurses in a tertiary hospitalin Beijing , in order to provide reasonable suggestions for the training of rotary nurses.Methods A total of 100 rotary nurses in a tertiary hospital in Beijingwere selected to do the nbsp;questionnaireby convenience sampling .The general information and the situation of self-directed learning were surveyed by demographic questionnaire and Self-directed Learning Scale .Results Total score of Self-directed learning was (119.25 ±32.37), learning behavior score (24.95 ±7.61), learning strategies score (24.40 ±7. 91), the sense of lerning score (23.66 ±7.56) and interpersonal relationship score (22.08 ±5.98).10 variables were positively associated with self-directed learning score , such as, whether to plan occupation career, whether to love the nursing and so on 43.7% of the variance in self-directed learning ability of rotary nurses can be explained by the 4 fators, that is, whether to plan occupation career , whether to love the nursing , whether to be satisfied with the clinical teaching form , whether have difficulty in learning .Conclusions The conditions of self-directed learning of transfer nurses are not ideal .Hospital should do more work on improving transfer nurses ’ occupational career planning cognition and developing a reasonable plan .
