成人肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄的治疗

目的 :探讨成人肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄梗阻的治疗方法。方法 :回顾分析 36例 (38侧 )肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄梗阻的治疗 ;其中 ,肾脏无功能 6例行肾切除 ;行离断肾盂成形术 2 6例 ;纵行切开横缝 4例 ;肾盂瓣输尿管成形 2例。结果 :B超随访 2 6例行离断性肾盂成形术、2例肾盂瓣输尿管成形术和 4例纵切横缝共 32例梗阻解除、肾积水明显减轻。结论 :肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄梗阻的治疗应根据不同情况采用不同方法、但绝大多数连接部狭窄梗阻病宜采用离断性肾盂成形术 (aderson -hynes术 )。

THE TREATMENT OF URETEROPELVIC JUNCTION STRICTURE OF ADULT

Objective: To estimate the therapeutic method of ureteropelvic junction stricture obstruction of adult. Methods: Data of 36 cases (38 sides) operations were reviewed retrospectively;6 cases underwent nephrectomy because of no renal function;26 cases of UPJ stricture were handled by dismembered pyeloplasty (anderson-hynes) procedure. 4 patients were treated by longitudinal section and across suture (heineke-mikulicz);2 cases were treated by pelvic flap pyeloplasty. Results: 32 pyeloureteroplast cases have been followed-up for 2 months to 10 years by B Ultrasonic, and all cases displayed palliation of hydronephrosis and obstruction disappeared. Conclusions: The method of therapy is varied;it should be chosen according to different conditions;the majority of ureteropelvic junction stricture obstruction should be treated by dismembered pyeloplasty (aderson-hynes).
