| 摘 要： | 目的研究人内皮抑素基因对人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖能力的影响。方法RT-PCR获取人内皮抑素基因，通过酶切，测序鉴定获取的hES，MTT法检测该基因对人脐静脉内皮细胞（HUVEC）增殖的影响。结果获得的hES基因经测序证实成功克隆人内皮抑素基因；hES基因转染HUVEC细胞24h、4h和72h，细胞增殖率均较正常组明显降低（P〈0．05），而脂质体对照与载体对照与对照组无明显变化。结论hES基因能够抑制HUVEC增殖。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reproductive activity that human endostain gene affects on HUVEC cells. Methods Human endostain gene was gained by PT-PCR,and measured the effect of human gene on HUVEC cells proliferation. Results The human endostain gene gained successfully by RT-PCR and was indeficated by sequencing; after human endostain gene transfection 24 h,48 h and 72 h,the cell reproduced ratio deceased obviously than normal group(P < 0.05). but liposome group and vector group had no marked change.
