眼针肝肾区改善血管性痴呆临床观察

目的：探讨眼针治疗血管性痴呆临床疗效。方法：随机分为眼针组（肝区、肾区）40例，对照组（药物组）口服吡拉西坦，小剂量阿司匹林40。结果：治疗前后长谷川修改量表（HDS—R）及社会活动能力评分对比，眼针组治疗有效率82．5％，药物组治疗有效率65％。结论：眼针组可促进血管痴呆患者智能，改善其社会活动能力。

Clinical Observation of Eye Acupuncture in Hepatorenal Area to Improve Vascular Dementia

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of eye acupuncture trealment of vascular dementia. Methods ： Patients were randomly divided into eye acupuncture group （ liver area, kidney area ） with 40 eases and control group （ oral piracetam and low-dose aspirin ） of 40 cases. Restdts ： Before and after treatment, the modified scale （ HDS - R ） and the social activity ability score were compared, and the effective rate of eye acupuncture treatment group was 82.5%, of control group was 65%. Conclusion ： Eye acupuncture group can promote intelligence and improve the social activity ability of vascular dementia patients.
