针刺脑功能成像研究思路与展望

脑功能成像技术在针刺机理研究中的运用为科学阐释针刺效应的中枢机制提供了无创性、可视化的研究手段。基于针刺脑功能成像研究的现状,今后在研究内容上可适当增加针刺治疗功能性疾病的作用机理研究、加大对穴位配伍规律和针刺手法的研究;在试验设计上可加大引入针刺效应相关的事件相关设计;在数据分析上可加强针刺效应的网络整合机制分析、重视影像数据和效应指标的相关性分析;在研究手段上可注重新的成像技术的引入和多种成像技术的综合运用;在质量控制上宜注重样本量、受试者纳入与培训、试验条件的控制。

Recommendations on Acupuncture Functional Brain-imaging

The application of functional brain-imaging techniques in acupuncture mechanism study provides a noninvasive,visualized method to explore the central mechanism of acupuncture.The recommendations on the future study of acupuncture functional brain-imaging include the following five aspects:(1) focusing on the central mechanism studies of acupuncture treating for functional disorders,acupoints combination and acupuncture manipulations;(2)introducing the event-related design which associates with acupuncture efficacy;(3)paying more attentions to the complex network analysis and the correlation analysis between neurroimaging data and clinical variables;(4)introducing new brain-imaging techniques and synthetically applying multiple brain-imaging techniques;(5)strengthening the quality control including sample size,including criteria and training criteria.
