防己黄芪汤加味治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效分析

目的：探讨防己黄芪汤加味治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法：将原发性肾病综合征患者120例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组常规应用泼尼松及其他药物，治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加用中药。观察比较两组的临床疗效及相关肾功能指标的变化情况。结果：经5周治疗，两组患者临床症状减轻或消失，治疗组总有效率（91．67％）明显高于对照组（78．33％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组患者尿蛋白减少，血浆白蛋白升高，总胆固醇下降，血PT时间延长，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）；两组患者血小板数量减少，但是治疗前后无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：防己黄芪汤加味可以改善原发性肾病综合征患者血液的高凝状态，延长凝血时间，减轻尿蛋白含量，提高血浆白蛋白，明显提高治愈率。

Clinical Observation about Fangji Hangqi Decoction in Treatment of PNS

Objective：To explore the efficacy of Fangji Hangqi Decoction in the treatment of Proteinuria Nephrin Podocin （PNS）. Method： 120 patients who were consistent with the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given prednisolone and other drugs therapy. On the basis of control group treatment,the treatment group added Fangji Hangqi Decoction. Results ： After 5 weeks of treatment, the two groups had significant difference in total effective rate （ P〈0.05 ）. The urinary protein was reduced, .plasma albumin was increased, total cholesterol was decreased and blood PT time was extended in two groups with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. The total platelet count was reduced but there was no significant difference between two groups （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Fangji Hangqi Decoction in the treatment of PNS is safe and effective, and it is worthy of clinical application. It can extend clotting time, reduce urinary protein content and serum albumin, and significantly improve the cure rate.
