| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药熏洗治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:糖尿病足患者120例,随机分为治疗组64例,对照组56例,两组均予以常规内科综合治疗,加强全身及局部护理,治疗组在此基础上采用中药熏洗患足,对照组则采用温水熏洗,观察比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为92.19%,对照组有效率为69.64%,两组患者熏洗后疗效比较经秩和检验,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。中药熏洗组的疗效优于温水熏洗组。结论:中药熏洗治疗糖尿病足临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of diabetic foot.Methods:120 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into the treatment group(64 cases)and the control group(56 cases),two groups were given conventional internal comprehensive treatment,and enhanced the whole body and local care.Besides,the treatment group used Chinese herbal fumigation while the control group with warm water washing,effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.19%,of control group was 69.64%,curative effect comparison of fumigation was analyzed by rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Chinese herbal fumigation was more effective than warm water washing.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has certain clinical effect on treating diabetes foot,and it is worthy of popularization and application. |
