从痰瘀论治冠心病的临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察从痰瘀论治冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:采用痰瘀并治中药治疗冠心病心绞痛患者54例,并与单纯应用西医常规疗法对照组54例进行比较。结果:治疗组在改善中医症候疗效、心绞痛症状疗效及心电图疗效方面均优于对照组。并且可显著降低CRP。结论:从痰瘀论治冠心病心绞痛能有效改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,可能和其能抑制冠心病患者的动脉粥样硬化的炎症反应有关,值得临床推广,其机制研究有待进一步深入。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effects based on phlegm and blood stasis when treating patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.Methods:TCM phlegm and blood stasis theory was used in treating 54 patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease,and compared with 54 ones only used routine western treatment.Results:The treating group had advantages in improving TCM symptoms,angina conditions and EKG curative effects over the control group.Compared with the control group,the treating group can significantly reduce the serum CRP level.Conclusion:Using TCM phlegm and blood stasis treatment to treat patients with angina pectoris in coronary heart disease can effectively improve clinical symptoms and the quality of life,which may be probably related to its function of suppressing the inflammation reaction during atherosclerosis in CHD patients.The clinical results may be generalized to the clinical treatment and the definite mechanism needs further research.
