| 摘 要： | 目的 评价3D-DSA在蛛网膜下腔出血诊断中的价值.方法 43例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者进行常规2D-DSA检查后,再进行3D-DSA技术重建,对两种检查方法的结果进行比较分析.结果 常规正侧位脑血管造影检出动脉瘤30例38枚,经3D图象处理后共检出动脉瘤33例46枚,检出率提高17.4%;同时发现AVM 3例,烟雾病4例.结论 3D-DSA在脑动脉瘤等血管性疾病的临床诊断方面具有重要意义,与常规DSA相比,病变检出率较高,能提供更为丰富、准确、快捷的信息,较理想的显示了颅内病变与周边血管之间的关系,在蛛网膜下腔出血患者病因诊断上具有较高的临床应用价值. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinic value of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA) in the diagnosis of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods 43 cases with spontaneous SAH were performed by 2D-DSA and 3D-DSA.The results of two examinations were compared and analyzed.Results The 2D-DSA showed 38 aneurysms in 30 cases and the 3D-DSA showed 46 aneurysms in 33 cases.The positive check rate increased 17.4%;3 cases with anteriovenous malformation(AVM) and 4 cases with moyamoya disease were found too.Conclusion 3D-DSA had important value in the diagnosis of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage. |
