Dahl高血压大鼠睾丸中eNOS的表达

目的：研究高血压对Dahl高血压大鼠睾丸各细胞eNOS表达及生殖功能的影响。方法：应用免疫组化ABC法及细胞培养检测睾丸细胞中eNOS的表达情况。结果：在Dahl高血压大鼠睾丸中，eNOS定位于Sertoli细胞，Leyaig细胞和部分生精细胞的胞浆，其表达始终高于正常睾丸组织，并随着高血压病程的进展呈逐渐升高趋势。在体外培养的正常及高血压大鼠的Sertoli细胞中eNOS表达量无明显差异。睾酮水平随血压升高而下降。结论：高盐饮食及高血压使大鼠Serxoli细胞和Leydig细胞中eNOS高表达并使睾酮水平下降。两者作用对睾丸的生殖功能产生了影响。

Expression of eNOS in testis of Dahl hypertensive rat

Objective:To investigate the effect of hypertension on eNOS expression and the reproductive function of Dahl hypertensive rats. Methods:Immuohistochemistry and cell culture were used to detect the eNOS expression in testis. Results:In the testis of hypertensive rats, eNOS located in the plasma of Sertoli cells, Leydig cells and some spermatogenic cells. The staining was more extensive than that in normal testis (P<0.01). In addition, the positive rate in cells diseased with the progress of hypertension. The expression had no significant difference in cultured hypertensive and normal Sertoli cells. The level of testosterone decreased with the rise of blood pressure. Conclusion:The high-salt food and hypertension induce the high expression of eNOS in Sertoli and leydig cells and reduce the level of testosterone, which will affect the reproductive function of testis.
