彩色多普勒超声在女性盆腔结核中的诊断价值

目的 探讨女性盆腔结核的彩色多普勒超声特点及诊断价值.方法 对108例盆腔结核声像图进行回顾性对比分析研究.结果 盆腔结核二维灰阶声像图多表现为单纯积液型、包裹积液型、囊肿型、囊实包块型(囊性为主)、囊实包块型(实性为主)、实性包块型.彩色多普勒超声血流检测显示包块或囊肿周边及内部血流不明显.结论 掌握盆腔结核复杂多样的声像图特征,有助于提高经腹彩色多普勒超声对盆腔结核的诊断准确率.

Diagnosis of female pelvic tuberculosis by color Doppler ultrasound

Objective To investigate the appearance of female pelvic tuberculosis by color Doppler ultrasound and to evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound on the female pelvic tuberculosis.Methods The sonographic appearances of 108 cases with female pelvic tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results Ultrasound findings of female pelvic tuberculosis had diversity and can be classified into six patterns including simple effusion,encapsulated effusion,cyst,complex mass and solid mass.There was no blood flow signal in mass under color Doppler ultrasound.Conclusion The ultrasound findings of female pelvic tuberculosis vary in different pattern and color Doppler ultrasound is an important technique to improve the diagnosis accuracy of female pelvic tuberculosis.
