目的：了解综合性心理行为干预治疗对中晚期肝癌的疗效。方法：依据性别、年龄、病程、病情匹配的原则，分别选综合性心理行为干预组和对照组各42例，两组均行TACE治疗，同时干预组给予综合性心理行为干预。应用肝癌患者生存质量测定量表（QOL－LC V2．0）和Child-Pugh肝功能分级评价疗效。结果：经综合心理行为干预治疗生存质量呈明显提高P＜0．01，肝功能明显改善P＜0．05。结论：心理行为干预治疗对中晚期肝癌有重要作用。
