激光照射牙本质敏感牙后根管的内壁病理学变化

摘    要:目的应用不同能量的脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射牙本质敏感牙和根管内壁,观察其病理及扫描电镜改变。方法以不同的激光输出参数进行牙面照射,以扫描电镜观察管内壁变化。结果低功率、高能量密度激光照射,对正常牙组织无损伤;扫描电镜观察牙本质产生熔融层可伸入牙本质小管15um,封闭部份小管口,达到治疗作用;根管内壁经常规处理与常规处理加激光照射后对照,经照射壁表玷污层消除,产生熔融层,有利于牙根治疗。结论激光照射牙本质敏感牙,有利于牙根治疗。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of pulsed Nd:YAG laser on hypersensitive dentin and inner wall of root canal,and observe the pathologic changes with a SEM.Methods Different output parameters of laser irradiation were used to irradiate the tooth facing,the morphological changes of inner wall were observed by SEM.Results Laser irradiation with low power and high energy density did not do harm to normal teeth tissue.The melted layer of dentin matrix extended to dentinal tubules,and the dentinal tubules were seal...
