| 摘 要： | 为观察盐酸小檗碱 (Ber)治疗肠易激综合征 (IBS)的临床疗效 ,选择 99例符合罗马Ⅱ标准的IBS患者 ,通过双盲对照实验观察Ber对IBS的疗效。结果显示 ,Ber治疗IBS的总有效率为 70 % ( 2 1 /30 ) ,明显高于安慰剂组的37.5 % (P <0 .0 1 )。提示Ber对IBS有较好的疗效 ,特别是对缓解腹泻和黏液便等症状的效果更佳。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the efficacy of berberine on the patients with IBS, ninty-nine patients with IBS were divided into 3 groups and administered with bererine(200 mg, tid), cerecilon(100 mg, tid) and placebo(vitamine Bco 2 tab, tid) for a 14 day-course respectively. The result showed that the berberine could thereby contribute to improvement in the symptoms of IBS, especially for diarrhea. The total rate of effectiveness of bererine group was 70%, which showed a statistically significant difference (P<0.01). No side effects attributable to the drug were encountered. Bererine is effective and safe in treating IBS patients. Another advantage of the agent is its low cost. |
