| 摘 要： | 目的通过总结60例胃食管反流病(GERD)患者临床症状特点,为进一步探讨其诊断和有效治疗提供依据。方法分析患者有反酸、反食、胃灼热、非心源性胸痛、胃食管反流症状及咽喉炎、慢性咳嗽、哮喘等食管外症状,经胃镜检查分为非糜烂性食管炎(NERD)组和反流性食管炎(RE)组的发生率及发生情况。结果NERD和RE分别占GERD的53.3%和46.7%:与RE组相比,NERD患者以男性多见(P0.05),平均年龄较轻(P0.05)。胃食管反流症状评分在两组患者间差异无统计学意义(P0.05),而两组患者胃灼热更突出。两组患者的食管外症状较轻。结论应密切关注患者胃灼热、反酸、反食、胸骨后疼痛症状以及食管外症状,及早诊断及早治疗。
