摘    要:
目的 探讨神经生长因子(Nerver growth factor,NGF)对损伤神经的修复作用。方法 Wistar大鼠45只,制备坐骨经夹损模型。术后每日分别局部给予一定的NGF和等渗不共14天,检测大鼠趾间距和诱发电位,以观察其神经功能的恢复情况。结果 NGF治疗组大鼠的趾间距及诱发电位在2~3周就已人武部恢复正常,而员伤组和盐水治疗组则到术后4周才恢复正常。结论 外源性NGF能明显改善损伤坐骨

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) on the functional recovery of sciatic nerve following crush injury.Methods The model of sciatic nerve crush injury was established in 45 adult Wistar rats. The animals were randomized into the simple-injured group, normal saline (NS) group and NGF-treated group. The sensory and motor function was investigated by the toe-spreading reflex (TSR) and evoked potentials (EP). Results After the crush injury for 2-3 weeks, the TSR and EP completely recovered in the NGF-treated group while they were basically normal in the simple-injured and NS groups in the 4th week after the operation. Conclusion Exogenous NGF can significantly enhance the recovery of the functions of the injured peripheral nerve.
