妊娠中期因子在甲状腺癌中的表达研究

目的研究妊娠中期因子(midkine,MK)在甲状腺癌中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,对50例人甲状腺癌组织、30例良性肿瘤组织、30例正常甲状腺组织进行了MK蛋白表达的研究。结果阳性产物出现于癌细胞胞浆中,呈棕黄色颗粒,良性肿瘤组织有微弱表达,正常组织无表达。甲状腺癌中MK的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。分类及分期观察,MK蛋白表达量随着甲状腺癌分期级别的递增呈上升趋势,后期尤其是Ⅲ、Ⅳ期有淋巴结转移的病例表达量,呈中强、强阳性者居多。结论MK蛋白在甲状腺癌组织中高表达,并与疾病的恶性度密切相关。

Study of the Expression of Midkine in Thyroid Gland Carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of midkine in thyroid gland carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry analysis for MK was performed on 50 cases of thyroid gland carcinoma,30 cases of benign lesion and 30 cases of normal tissue.Results Positive products(—brown-yellow grains) lied in the cytoplasm of cancer cells,cell nucleus occasionally.Benign tumors expressed faintly and normal tissues didn't express MK.The quantity of MK in cancer was higher than the control groups(P<0.01).The expression of MK protein was more and more high with progression of classification and stage,especially most of Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage cases in which there were lymph nodes metastasis expressed mid-strong,strong positive.Conclusion The protein of MK was overexpressed in thyroid gland carcinoma,and was correlated with malignancy degree of disease.
