主动脉弓中断纠治术的体外循环

摘    要:目的 探讨小儿主动脉弓中断纠治术的体外循环技术.方法 8例主动脉弓中断患儿施行纠治手术,分别采用深低温停循环、深低温低流量技术.结果 8例患儿手术均顺利,体外循环过程平稳.6例成活,术后恢复良好;2例死亡.结论 深低温停循环或深低温低流量,是纠治主动脉弓中断的较为理想的体外循环方式.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in surgery for interrupted aortic arch (IAA) .Methods Eight cases with IAA were operated on with two different CPB.profound hypothermia with circulatory arrest (DHCA),profound hypothermia with low flow rate(DHLF).Results Six were alive and 2 died.Conclusion DHCA and DHLF are the preferred methods of CPB for the surgery of IAA.
