| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中西医结合治疗短暂脑缺血发作疗效。[方法]将51例分为气滞血瘀型,痰湿瘀阻型,肝肾阴亏型,肝阳上亢型,四种证型施治。[结果]治愈率为92.1%。[结论]经中医辨证施治,可缩短短暂脑缺血病人疗程。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To observe the efficacy of combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on transient ischemic attacks. [ Method] According to the methodology of traditional Chinese medicine, the 51 cases of the disease are divided into four types, namely the Qi - stagnancy and blood stasis type, the phlegm - damp and obstruction type, the liver - kidney Yin - deficiency type, and liver - Yang hy- peractivity type, which are treated respectively, r Result ] The cure rate is 92. 1%.[ Conclusion ] Treatment based on traditional Chinese differentiation of symptoms and signs can shorten the treatment course for patients suffering from transient ischemic attacks. |
