| 摘 要： | 本文报告了20例泌尿生殖系恶性肿瘤病人光动力疗法(PDT)治疗前后的临床监测结果。结果表明:PDT对心、肝、肾功能以及血液系统和免疫系统功能均无损害作用。除因避光不严偶发光敏性皮炎外,PDT无其它副作用。

| Abstract: | It was reported that 20 patients with genitourinary tumors were exa-mined in concerned clinical indexes before/after photodynamic therapy(PDT). It was demonstrated that there were no any changes to theheart, hepatic and nephric functions, and also no changes in theerythroid and immune systems. It seemed that PDT has hardly severephototoxicity except occasional cutaneous photosensitivity due to failureof avoidence of exposure to the sunlight. |
