| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性白血病（AL）CD34抗原表达和P－gp高表达与预后的关系。方法：对30例AL患者的单个核细胞用抗CO34和抗P－gp单克隆抗体标记后，通过流式细胞仪进行检测，其结果与临床的实际疗效作分析。结果：CD34和P－gp同时高表达的临床疗效差；两者之间比较，P－gp高表达者疗效较差。结论：CD34和P－gp同时高表达可作为AL预后不良的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relation between the coexpression of P-gp and CD 34 and clinical curative effect in acute leukemia(AL). Methods 30 AL patients were detected by flow cytometry after marking their monuclear cells with monoclonal antibody of P-gp and CD 34 .We observed the relationship between expression and clinical effect. Results The clinical effect is the worsest in which express both P-gp and CD 34 antigen.Compared P-gp with CD 34 ,the prognosis was worse in AL patients when P-gp expression was high. Conclusions There were poorer prognosis in who coexpressed both P-gp and CD 34 in acute leukemia. |
