有创动脉压监测在颅内动脉瘤介入治疗术中的应用

目的：探讨有创动脉压监测（IBP）在颅内动脉瘤介入治疗术中的应用。方法：回顾分析2009年6月～2011年5月我科350例进行IBP监测病人的护理方法。结果：本组病例在介入治疗术中留置股动脉鞘管后即进行有创动脉压监测,同时选择上肢进行无创血压监测,两者所测数据互为参考,以提供准确、可靠和连续的血压数据作为对颅内动脉瘤介入治疗术的指导治疗指标。结论：IBP对颅内动脉瘤介入治疗术有重要的指导参考意义。

The application of invasive blood pressure monitoring in the interventional therapy of intracranial aneurysm

Objective ：To explore the application of invasive blood pressure monitoring in the interventional therapy of intraeranial aneurysm. Methods ：To ret- respectively analyze the nursing methods of invasive blood pressure monitoring of 350 cases from June 2009 to May 2011. Results ：The invasive blood pressure monitoring darns were reeored after sheath placement in arteriu femoralis, and the non -invasive blood pressure monitoring datas were recorded at the same time. The two groups datas can be referenced each other. The darns were exact,reliable, continuous, so it can be important index in the interventional therapy of intracranial aneurysm. Conclusion ：The invasive blood pressure monitoring darns may be important index in guiding interventlonal therapy of intracranial aneurysm.
