| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中老年人轻度肾功能减退者的血脂特征。方法将266例中老年人按照估测肾小球滤过率（eGFR）水平分为正常、轻度降低和中度降低3组；方差分析各组之间血脂以及相关生化指标的差异；多变量协方差分析校正年龄对肾功能和血脂的影响。结果3组中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）在eGFR正常组最低（P〈0．05），高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）在eGFR正常组最高（P〈0．01）。载脂蛋白A（ApoA）在eGFR中度降低组比轻度降低组显著降低（1．14±0．25）g/L比（1．30±0．26）g/L，P〈0．01]。结论轻度肾功能减退中老年人存在血脂代谢异常，以HDL—C和ApoA降低、LDL—C升高为主要表现；血脂异常可能与肾功能减退的进展和不良预后有关。
