| 摘 要： | 目的研究手参(Gymnadenia conopsea)块茎的化学成分。方法采用各种柱色谱法进行分离纯化,运用理化性质和波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果从手参块茎乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部分得到7个化合物,分别为对羟基苄基二硫醚(Ⅰ)、4,4′-对羟基苄基亚砜(Ⅱ)、腺嘌呤核苷(Ⅲ)、militarine(Ⅳ)、loroglossin(Ⅴ)、dactylorhin B(Ⅵ)、dactylorhin A(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为首次从天然产物中分得,Ⅱ为首次从该属植物中分得。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents of the tubers of Gymnadenia conopsea.METHODS The compounds were isolated by column chromatographic methods,their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated from n-butanol extract of this plant and identified as di-(p-hydroxybenzyl) disulfide(Ⅰ),4,4′ -dihydroxybenzyl sulfoxide(Ⅱ),adenosine(Ⅲ),militarine(Ⅳ),loroglossin(Ⅴ),dactylorhin B(Ⅵ) and dactylorhin A(Ⅶ).CONCLUSION CompoundⅠwas obtained from nature products for the first time,and compound Ⅱ was obtained from the plants of Gymnadenia R.Br. for the first time. |
