全麻术后患者窦性心动过速原因分析与护理对策

目的:探讨全麻术后患者出现窦性心动过速的原因及其相应的护理措施。方法:临床观察229例经过全麻手术的患者,统计其中出现窦性心动过速的原因,并给以相应护理措施,观察效果。结果:引起窦性心动过速原因占前三位的依次为贫血或血容量不足、疼痛、发热。46例窦性心动过速的患者给予我科相应护理措施处理后,显效28例(60.9%),有效14例(30.4%),无效4例(8.7%),总有效率91.3%。结论:护理人员应密切观察患者生命体征和病情变化,正确分析各项监护参数,对窦性心动过速的患者,应积极查找原因,进行对因处理,以利于病人康复。

Analysis of Sinus Tachycardia After General Anesthesia and Countermeasures of Nursing

Observe: To research into the reason of sinus tachycardia and correlative nursing interventions after general anesthesia.Methods: To observe 229 cases of patients after general anesthesia,stating the reason of sinus tachycardia and correlative nursing interventions and observe the effect.Results: The first three reasons of sinus tachycardia are anemia or hypovolemia,pain,and fever.46 cases with our nursing interventions had 91.3% effective rate,while 28cases(60.9%)marked,14 cases(30.4%)positive,4cases(8.7%) ineffective.Conclusion: Nurse should watch patients closely to care their vital sign and conditions,and analyzed parameter.To find out the real reasons and to deal with symptoms of patients as to promote their healing.
