切开复位结合钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床观察

目的探讨切开复位结合钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的73例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者随机分成观察组(38例)和对照组(35例),观察组采用切开复位结合植骨钢板内固定术,对照组闭合复位结合外固定支架。结果参照腕关节Dienst功能百分评分方法,两组在疼痛、主动活动能力及活动范围、稳定性及患者自我评价等五个项目上具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组的优良率明显高于对照组,而其并发症发生率则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论切开复位结合钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折具有疗效满意、并发症少,安全可靠等优点,值得临床推广。

Observation of therapeutic effects of open reduction and internal fixation with plate on patients with distal radius comminuted fracture

Objective To explore e clinical efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation with plate in treatment of distal radius comminuted fracture.Methods Totally 73 patients with this disease were randomly divided into observation group(38 cases) and control group(35cases),patients in control group received closed reduction and external fixation treatment,while others received open reduction and internal fixation with plate treatment,and compare the curative effect between two groups.Results According to Dienst function of wrist joint percent scoring method,the two groups were significant different(P<0.05) in pain,active range of movement and activity,stability and self-evaluation.The excellent rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of distal radius comminuted fracture with open reduction and internal fixation with plate received a satisfactory outcome with few complications,safe and reliable and it was worthy to be popularized.
