| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中心静脉管在超声引导下治疗性经皮穿刺置管引流术中的应用价值。方法:对40例住院患者41个体内间隙、脏器或腔道发生的含液性病变,行超声引导下经皮穿刺置中心静脉管引流术。结果:41例次均一次穿刺成功,无一例并发症发生。结论:超声引导下经皮穿刺置中心静脉管引流术,具有操作简便、微创、价廉、安全有效等特点,值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore application value of the central venous tube in the treatment of ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture catheter drainage.Methods: We have underwent ultrasound guided percutaneous central venous catheter drainage in 41 vivo clearance,organs or cavities occurring lesions containing liquid in 40 cases of inpatients.Results: 41 cases were puncturing successfully,and had no case of complications.Conclusion: Ultrasound guided percutaneous central venous catheter drainage,and has the advantages of simplicity,less invasive,inexpensive,safety and effective,and it is worth promoting in clinical application. |
