机械通气治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病合并呼吸衰竭疗效观察

目的:观察机械通气对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的老年患者的治疗作用。方法:将66例COPD伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者采用机械通气治疗。观察上机前后、撤机前后的PH值、PaO2、PaCO2的改变情况。结果:机械通气后较通气前动脉血PH值及PaO2均有提高,PaCO2明显下降,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:机械通气对COPD并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的老年患者疗效肯定,值得临床应用推广。

Mechanical Ventilation in TheTreatment of Senile Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure Efficacy

Objective: Observing the mechanical entilation for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) concurrent Ⅱ type of elderly patients with respiratory failure treatment function.Methods: 64 patients with COPD Ⅱ type of respiratory failure patients using mechanical entilation.Observe computer ront-rear and ventilator weaning before and after the PH value,PaO2,PaCO2 change.Results: Mechanical entilation is ventilation arterial PH value and before PaO2 were increased,PaCO2 declined obviously,there is a significant difference significance(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Mechanical ventilation of COPD concurrent Ⅱ type of respiratory failure of elderly patients,assured curative effects worth of clinic application promotion.
