| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨导乐陪伴护理模式对产妇分娩方式、产程时间、分娩并发症的影响。方法:选择2010年8月～2011年5月在我院分娩的初产妇460例,随机分为导乐组和对照组2组进性研究分析。结果:导乐组较对照组降低了剖宫产率,缩短了产程,减少了胎儿窘迫、新生窒息和产后出血的发生率。结论:导乐陪伴护理模式可以缩短产程时间,降低剖宫产率及产科并发症的发生,对提高产科质量起到了积极作用,是一种值得推广的分娩方式。 |
