摘    要:
目的根据空间站树脂消耗最少化以及离子交换反应器结构设计的需要,进行离子交换树脂去除乙酸的实验研究。方法采用静态以及动态吸附乙酸的实验方法研究了阴离子交换树脂吸附乙酸的性能。结果与树脂201×4吸附乙酸性能相比,树脂IRA67吸附容量大,静态饱和吸附容量为75.0 mg/g,动态饱和吸附容量为109.4 mg/g,但吸附速率慢;吸附等温线符合H2型等温线特点。结论 IRA67吸附乙酸的规律可用Langmuir或Freundlich方程描述,属于物理吸附;吸附动力学可用假二级动力学方程描述;吸附传质速率控制步骤可用HSDM模型描述。

Abstract:
Objective To study the removal of acetic acid by ion exchange resins basing on the requirements of the minimum resin consumption and structural design for ion exchange reaction equipment.Methods The adsorption performances of anion exchange resins for acetic acid were studied with static and dynamic adsorption of acetic acid experiments.Results IRA67 had a higher adsorption capacity than 201×4 but with a slower adsorption rate,the adsorption capacities of the static and dynamic saturation were 75.0 mg/g and 109.4 mg/g respectively.The isothermal curve for IRA67 resin accorded with H2 type.Conclusion The adsorption principle by IRA67 resin for acetic acid can be described by Langmuir and Freundlich equations,and belong to physical adsorption.The principle for kinetics and controlling step for mass transfer rate can be described by pseudo-second-order kinetics and HSDM model respectively.
