高效液相色谱法测定利胆排导片中栀子苷含量

目的 建立测定利胆排导片中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱(250mid×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(12:88),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为238 nm,柱温为40℃.结果 栀子苷质量浓度在15.01～75.02μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率为99.30%,RSD=1.85%(n=6).结论 该方法简便易行,结果准确可靠,适用于利胆排导片的质量控制.

Content Determination of Geniposide in Lidanpaidao Tablets by HPLC

Objective To set up a method for quality control of Lidanpaidao Tabl ets.Methods HPLC method was developed to quantitative determination.Phenomenex C 18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobilic phase was acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid solution(12 ∶88).The column temperature was 40 ℃,the wa velength for detection was 238 nm,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The good lin ear relationship was found for geniposide in the concentration range of 15.01-7 5.02 μg/mL(r=0.999 9).The geniposide’s average recovery rate was 99.30%,an d RSD was 1.85%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and suitable f or its assaying.
